The scope and complexity of the event plan can vary depending on the customer needs: Full-Service event planning involves a comprehensive approach, where we take care of all aspects of the event from conception to vendors (caterers, florists, photographers, etc…), managing the guest list, invitations and overseeing the event on the day of. Partial-service event planning, on the other hand, usually involves a more limited scope of services. In this case, we only provide assistance with certain aspects of the event planning process, such as venue selection or vendor coordination. The client may take on more responsibility for other aspects, such as managing the guest list or creating the event concept.
